Calling all winter warriors! Join us February 6-8 for an all-inclusive adventure retreat designed for active, experienced women hikers. Challenge yourself with 15+ miles of winter hiking at Governor Dodge State Park, reset with cold plunge and sauna therapy, restore with yoga, and connect deeply with 8 other adventurous women.

PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS

Physical Fitness:

Able to hike 10+ miles in cold weather

Comfortable with 4-5 hours of continuous hiking

Experience with winter terrain (snow, ice, elevation)

Can carry a daypack with water and extra layers

Good overall cardiovascular fitness

Experience Level:

Intermediate to advanced hikers

Regular hiking practice (not beginners)

Previous winter hiking experience preferred

Comfortable in cold temperatures (20-40°F)

Age & Health:

21+ years old

No current injuries or mobility limitations

Able to participate in cold plunge (no heart conditions)

Responsible for own health insurance
