It's time to stop waiting for 'someday.'
You’ve been thinking about it. The trip. The mountain. The version of yourself who finally says yes. I’m here to help you get there.
My Story
I didn’t grow up hiking. I didn’t grow up camping. I’m a South African girl who ended up in Wisconsin — and for a long time, I was so deep in motherhood that I forgot I was still a person.
I needed to find me.
So I went outside. I challenged my body. I climbed mountains. And somewhere along the way — on a trail, in the rain, gasping for air at altitude — I found her. The woman I was before “wife” and “mama” became my whole identity.
I’ve now summited Mount Kilimanjaro three times. I’ve guided women through Peru. I’m taking groups to the Dolomites in Italy and the Four Corners of Africa. And every single time, I watch something happen to the women who come with me. They arrive looking for adventure. They leave knowing who they are.
Yes — I still battle seasonal dips. Nature doesn’t fix everything. But knowing it heals keeps me showing up. And showing up for other women is the whole point.
Mental health is real. The outdoors is medicine. And you deserve both.
My mission
My mission is to empower women — through confidence, connection, and joy in nature.
I’ve spent nine years building a tribe of women who show up for one another. Women who are deep in motherhood, navigating life as immigrants, rebuilding after loss, or simply searching for a community that sees them.
Nature became my sanctuary. Now I help other women find that same thing.
Whether you’re lacing up for your first trail or joining me in Africa, I create spaces where every woman belongs — and where we lift each other up every step of the way.

Every week, women gather. No experience needed. No judgment. Just trails, fresh air, and the kind of conversation that actually fills you up. These hikes meet you where you are — whether this is your first time outdoors or your fiftieth. What carries you the rest of the way is the community. These hikes aren’t just exercise. They’re medicine for the mind. And they’re open to every woman who needs them.
