Schedule Overview:
Arrive on Friday, January 2, 2026, at 1:30 pm We are meeting at the Pisco lounge, and the rest of the schedule will be emailed with a packing list
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations Made Before November 30, 2025:
- Participants may cancel their registration for a full refund, minus a $35 processing fee.
- Cancellations Made Between December 1 and December 15, 2025:
- Participants will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.
- Cancellations Made After December 15, 2025:
- Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made after December 15, 2025.
- Transfer of Registration:
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us at least 7 days before the retreat (by December 26, 2025) to facilitate the transfer.
- Cancellation by Retreat Host:
- If the host cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will receive a full refund.
