The new year doesn’t have to start with pressure and unrealistic resolutions. In 2026, I’m hosting an intimate Winter Wellness Retreat and adventure retreats designed for real people navigating real life, and yes, that means you.
When winter comes to Wisconsin, many of us start to feel down. I get it, because I feel it too, and I know I’m not alone. That’s why, in 2026, I’m putting together some cozy winter retreats and fun adventure trips just for the amazing women of our state.
Why Am I Doing This? Because We All Need a Boost.
The new year doesn’t have to be about big, stressful goals. In 2026, I want to create places where real women, dealing with real life, can truly rest, connect, and feel good. These trips are for every woman, no matter what your job is, what you do, or how “well” you think you are. What matters to us is your mental health and how you feel inside.
Who Should Come? YOU Should!
Let me be clear: if you want peace, calm, a fresh start, or a real connection, this retreat is for you. These small group gatherings aren’t just for experts, yoga pros, or people who have it all figured out. It’s for anyone who feels a bit empty and needs to recharge. It’s for anyone feeling lost and looking for direction. It’s for anyone who just wants to start 2026 with a true purpose and be with others who really get it.
Here’s the great part: you don’t have to pretend to be someone you’re not. You don’t need a fancy job, perfect meditation skills, or expensive workout clothes. Whether you’re a CEO, a tired mom of four, a student, or somewhere in between—just come as you are. 21+ plus women.
Wellness for Everyone: My Promise to You
Here’s something important about me: I truly care about your mental health and your money situation. I don’t want to create expensive trips that only a few people can afford. When I plan these retreats and adventures, I always make them affordable because I want you to be there. These trips are not meant to cost a lot of money; they are for every woman.
Usually, experiences like this cost thousands of dollars. I’ve made this possible for you because, honestly, I need healing too, and I want good company while I do it. Real change happens when all kinds of people come together and are real with each other—not just when we gather people who can pay for fancy wellness trips.
What Can You Expect? A Calm Place to Connect and Feel New
Imagine this: a quiet farm where a small, friendly group comes together to truly rest and connect. We’ll eat good, healthy food. We all move our bodies in ways that feel right. We’ll sleep deeply in the peaceful farm setting, letting go of the past year.
Together, we’ll take much-needed walks in nature, breathing in fresh air and clear thoughts. We’ll sweat out stress and negative feelings in an outdoor sauna, letting go of what no longer helps us. This is your chance to rest, just be, and connect without pretending.
2026: Your Year to Take the First Step
January 1st isn’t magic, but choosing to care for yourself and meet others who understand—that’s powerful. You don’t need to show up perfect, totally fine, or completely sorted. Come however you are feeling: messy, hopeful, unsure, empty, or just curious.
This is your chance to stop feeling sorry for yourself and start living more in 2026. Find your people, be with women who make you smile, and take a weekend trip that will connect you with wonderful women in Wisconsin. You won’t find your group by staying home; this is your chance to make the first move. You deserve it. It’s time to take care of yourself.
Working Together for a Healthier Community
I always try to support other women in business. So, I will be working with amazing women in health and wellness to make these trips happen. If you teach yoga and would love to be part of these retreats, or if you are a coach who focuses on forest bathing, please get in touch! I’d love to talk and work together.
I hope you find a retreat that fits your life. These retreats exist because everyone should have access to peace, community, and fresh starts—no matter how much money they have or what their business card says.
P.S. I want you to know that these retreats are designed for active people. Some of our activities, like yoga sessions and sauna use, will require you to be reasonably fit. You are responsible for ensuring you are healthy enough to participate in the retreat activities. You will be required to sign a waiver before participating.
We will do our best to accommodate any dietary needs you have, but please be aware that there may be risks involved with group food service. We strongly recommend that you check with your doctor or healthcare provider before coming, and you may want to consider travel insurance. There will not be any medical professionals or health practitioners on site at the retreats. We don’t promise anything beyond a warm community that will make you feel seen and heard.
