Live Fully This Weekend: Wisconsin Trails, Women’s Retreats, Ice Fishing & Madison Things to Do (Feb 2026)

Wisconsin Adventure Family

Happy Friday, beautiful souls! ☀️

As we step into the weekend, here’s your gentle nudge to stop waiting and start living right now, exactly as you are.

Move Your Body

Don’t move to punish yourself—move to celebrate what your body can do. Dance in your kitchen, take a short walk, or stretch in the morning sun. It doesn’t have to be intense; it just needs to feel good. To reduce stress, we stopped using our Apple Watches because we noticed the devices’ radiation was affecting our sleep and energy levels. In 2026, we’re not counting steps anymore. Instead, we’re focusing on enjoyable activities and spending more time forest bathing, choosing to step away from technology attached to our bodies. Has anyone else noticed health effects from device radiation?

Book That Trip

Wisconsin Adventure Family

One of Iceland’s most iconic landmarks.

This one is personal. Last June, I jumped on a last-minute sponsored trip to **Iceland** to create video content, and it turned into one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. We had an absolute blast exploring, laughing, and soaking in every moment. We even got to take the famous group picture at Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, one of Iceland’s most iconic landmarks. It broke my heart to hear that this beach is now facing severe erosion. Strong storms and easterly winds this month have washed away big parts of the sand. The place where we stood, laughed, and took photos together is changing right before our eyes. Don’t wait for your dream destination to change. Book your trip now and see these amazing places before they disappear.

Adventure Spotlight: Bryce on the Ice

Wisconsin Adventure Family

                                       February 2026

I’ll be honest, I spend a lot of time sharing my own outdoor adventures, the hikes, the retreats, the meetups with incredible women. But this week I want to shine a light on someone who’s been doing some seriously **dope** stuff out there this winter.

Bryce has been out on the ice all season and absolutely crushing it. Ice fishing has been his thing over the years, and he’s been catching fish, braving the cold, and, most importantly, connecting with other men outside. There’s something powerful about guys getting together on a frozen lake, sharing stories, and just being present in nature. It’s not always about the catch; it’s about the camaraderie. So this one’s for you, Bryce. Keep doing your thing out there.  🧊🐟

Upcoming Women’s Retreats

Something truly magical happens when women gather in a space designed for rest and renewal. If you’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to connect with an incredible community of women or me, this is your sign. But you only have this weekend. We’re also celebrating International Women’s Day on March 7th, how perfect is that? Whether you’re joining us for the full overnight retreat or just coming out for a hike and sauna, you still need to RSVP so I can share all the details on where to go, how to find us, and what to expect.

Embrace the Change

Change can feel scary, but it’s where growth lives. Whatever season you’re walking through, lean into it. Trust that you’re exactly where you need to be, even if it doesn’t make sense yet.

Trail of the Week: Ice Age Trail – Lodi Segment

This trail holds a special place in my heart, and if you’ve hiked it, you know why.
The Lodi Segment is tough. You gain 900 to 1,000 feet, which is serious for Wisconsin winter. The constant ups and downs test your legs, lungs, and mindset. This is the exact trail I used when training for my expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro. The relentless elevation changes build real endurance. It’s close to home, always challenging, and you truly can’t go wrong with it.
If you’re looking for a rewarding challenge, give this trail a try and experience it for yourself!

Reconnect with Nature

When was the last time you watched a sunrise without your phone? This weekend, spend just 15 minutes outside with no distractions. Let the earth remind you how simple peace can really be.
