I hope you’re all finding moments of peace and well-being as we navigate the complexities of the world. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, and prioritizing our mental health can often feel like an added challenge. I truly hear you and see you – it’s not always simple to step back and nurture ourselves when so much demands our attention.

Despite these challenges, I was fortunate to kick off 2026 with an incredibly rejuvenating retreat. It was a wonderful opportunity to set intentions for the year, surrounded by amazing women from across Wisconsin at a charming alpaca ranch in the Dells. The therapeutic atmosphere left me refreshed and inspired. In fact, by Sunday evening, the demand for more winter retreats was already clear!

So, I’m absolutely thrilled to announce two upcoming winter retreats, each offering a unique path to connection and well-being.

For Community & Calm: A Laid-Back Alpaca Ranch Escape

Perhaps you’re seeking a gentler pace – a chance to slow down, connect with a supportive community, and find peaceful adventure. We’re returning to the beloved Alpaca Ranch for a serene escape as we welcome spring.

• Who: Perfect for those not actively outdoors but seeking connection, community, and a gentle, restorative adventure. Ideal if you’re feeling lonely or simply need a gentle reset.

There will be plenty of time to simply be, connect with other incredible women, and soak in the tranquil surroundings.

Exciting News for 2027: International Adventures Await!

Get ready to mark your calendars because there’s been incredible demand for international travel, and I’m thrilled to announce that all our 2027 international trips will be officially announced soon!

I’m beyond excited to head back to Peru for a second time to truly immerse you in its magic. And for a truly unforgettable experience, I’m super excited to host a trip to South Africa, my home country, in March 2027. 

But wait, there’s more! Another group adventure I’ve been dreaming about is happening: a trip to Portugal, including a 6-night, breathtaking trek on Madeira Island! The itinerary for this dream destination is ready, and we’re just finalizing accommodation details.

On another exciting note, to help you explore the incredible beauty of Wisconsin throughout 2026, I’ve created Wisconsin State Park scratch-off posters, which are now available! If you already have one, they make a fantastic gift for adventurous couples or friends who are just starting their outdoor journey.

Speaking of adventures, our weekly hikes have been a bit slow lately due to all the rain we’ve been getting. I swear, I didn’t order this much rain in 2026, especially not in winter! I was really hoping for more snow, especially since I’ve started learning to cross-country ski on my own and was looking forward to more snowshoeing adventures. Hopefully, we’ll get some proper winter weather in the next few days.
